Financial Discipline Programme
Stop wondering where your money goes. This isn't about spreadsheets and restrictions—it's about building habits that actually stick. Starting September 2025.
What You'll Actually Learn
We break everything down into four phases. Each one builds on the last, so by the end, you'll have a complete system that works for your life.
Getting Clear
Weeks 1-3
Most people have no idea where their money actually goes. We start by tracking everything for two weeks—not to judge, just to see the real picture.
- Set up your tracking system (we'll help you find what works)
- Identify your spending patterns without guilt
- Understand the difference between needs and wants
- Create your first realistic monthly overview
Building Structure
Weeks 4-6
Here's where we build your framework. You'll create a spending plan that actually fits your life—not some generic budget template.
- Design your personal allocation system
- Set up automatic transfers that work
- Handle irregular expenses without panic
- Create your emergency fund strategy
Dealing With Real Life
Weeks 7-9
Theory is easy. Practice is messy. We tackle the situations that derail most people—unexpected bills, social pressure, impulse purchases.
- Handle money conversations with partners
- Make decisions when emotions run high
- Adjust your plan when life changes
- Say no without feeling guilty
Making It Stick
Weeks 10-12
The final phase is all about sustainability. We work on turning your new habits into something that runs on autopilot.
- Build your monthly review routine
- Plan for the next three months
- Create your personal troubleshooting guide
- Set up your support system for after the course
Learning That Fits Your Schedule
We know you're busy. That's why we've designed this programme to work around real life, not against it.
Fergus Linley
Lead Instructor
I spent fifteen years helping people sort out their finances—mostly cleaning up messes that could've been avoided. These days, I focus on teaching the basics that schools never covered. No jargon, no judgment, just practical stuff that works.

I kept putting this off because I thought it would be complicated and boring. Turned out to be neither. Three months later, I actually know where my money goes and I'm not stressed about bills anymore.
The individual sessions made all the difference. Fergus helped me sort out a situation with joint accounts and different spending styles. My partner and I actually talk about money now without arguing.
